Each softgel contains a pure, concentrated tocopherol mixture containing 400 International Units (268 mg) of d-alpha docopherol with a minimum of 300mg of d-gamma tocopherol and the added benefits of both delta and d-beta tocopherols.
 
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule with a meal or as directed by your healthcare provider.  If needed may be taken with liquids to aid in swallowing.
