Each tablet contains: *Arnica montana 3X 150mg, **Calendula officinalis 2X 10mg, *Hamamelis virginiana 2X 10mg, *Wild-Harvested Baptisia tinctoria 2X 6mg, *Bellis perennis 2X 6mg, **Echinacea 2X 6mg, *Aconitum napellus 3X 30mg, **Chamomilla 2X 3mg, **Millefolium 2X 2mg, *Belladonna 3X 8mg, *Hypericum perforatum 3X 8mg, *Ruta graveolens 4X 10mg, *Arnica montana 6X 21mg, *Symphytum officinale 8X 24mg, *Arnica montana 10X 6mg.Inactive Ingredients: Lactose, Magnesium stearate
Directions: For max absorption, dissolve under tongue. Can be chewed and swallowed. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children 4 to 11 years: 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 12 tablets per 24 hours. Children under 4 years: consult your health professional.
Warnings: If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist or worsen, a health professional should be consulted. Do not use if known sensitivity to T-Relief™ or any of its ingredients exists.
Tamper Evident: Use only if imprinted shrink band around neck and cap is intact.
