Propionyl-L-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine are natural derivatives of the amino acid carnitine, which plays an essential role in cellular energy metabolism. They have been found to be beneficial in maintaining healthy sexual function, among other aspects of health. Antioxidant lipoic acid are contained to neutralize the pro-oxidative tendencies of ALC and PLC and for the varied health benefits it provides independently of that role.
Suggested Use: Continuous use is required for full sexual function.
For men, take 8 capsules all at once in the morning, or 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening.
For women, take 4 capsules all at once in the morning, or 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening.
