IF YOU ARE TAKING COUMADIN OR WARFARIN, TAKE THIS VERSION OF OSTEO-MINS PM.
DO NOT USE THE VERSION WITH VITAMIN K.
Directions: Take 8 capsules daily at least 4 hours away from Osteo-Mins AM or other Strontium supplement (e.g. 4 capsules in the afternoon and 4 capsules in the evening) or as directed by a physician.
