How to Use:

Adults 19 years and older: Start with approximately half a teaspoon daily. Gradually increase to 1–2 teaspoons as needed.

Stir powder into a small amount of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir again until fully dissolved. Fill the cup with hot or cold water and enjoy.

Most customers take Natural Calm in the evening. A smaller dose in the morning works well too. Magnesium is excreted daily, so consistent use matters.

Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience a laxative effect. If this occurs, reduce your dose.
