Black currant seed oil contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA), a fatty acid that has multiple physiological roles.

Each serving size (2 softgel capsules) contains Black currant (Ribes nigrum) oil (seed) 1,000 mg, Providing: GLA (gamma linolenic acid) 140 mg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopherol) 13 mg. Other ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water).
