For centuries indigenous people have used bee pollen as an energy enhancing food. Pollen is made by flowers and is transferred from plant to plant as part of the plant reproductive cycle. In addition to collecting nectar to make honey, honeybees collect pollen, as a source of protein. The ancient Egyptians described bee pollen as "life-giving dust" because they believed that the life-giving gods delivered it to the hives.*
How to use: 1 tablet daily with a meal, then increase gradually up to 2 tablets three times daily with meals.
