BCAA 90 Caps (750 mg)
New milligram size as of July 2019. The BCAA capsules are now 750 milligram. The formula is the same (1:1:1) ratio.
There are three amino acids in our Branched Chain Amino Acid Formula: L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine, L-Valine. Jo Mar's BCAA is designed to improve muscle integrity; it is also used therapeutically for ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). BCAA Formula has a bitter taste and can be taken in powder or capsule form. The powder is not water soluble and weighs about 3.4 grams per level measuring teaspoon.
Suggested Use:
3 capsules (2.25 grams) Jo Mar's BCAA Formula
1 to 3 teaspoons Jo Mar's Buffered Vitamin C Daily
50 mg to 150 mg vitamin B6 daily
